Even though it’s still quite literally freezing outside right now this is the time of the year when roadies and triathletes start setting their seasonal goals and choose their upcoming competitions. It’s also when they start looking for new gear and bikes, or in the case of newbies when they look for their first bike.
If you’re looking to enter the world of road riding, whether competitively or recreationally, we have a good selection of road bikes in stock now and many more on the way. Today we’re featuring the Cannondale CAAD8 2300 with the newbie in mind. With a regular price of just $875 this is one of the least expensive authentic road bikes we stock, and because it happens to be a last year’s model we’ve discounted the price to bring it down to just $780. That’s pretty much as low as you’ll ever see a road bike price.
The components are obviously entry level, but frankly road bike entry level stuff is still really good. The CAAD frame is the heart and soul of this bike though, and has been seen on bikes much, much more expensive. This bike offers a stiff, efficient ride with quick reactions that is at home on any pavement you put under it.
We have most sizes of this bike still in stock, but not many, so if you’re interested please take a look soon.
